Wilma was found as a stray in Santa Cruz. At the shelter, the staff could clearly see that she was suffering from a terrible skin condition. Wilma was itchy all over! This sweet dog was not ready for adoption, so CAPE placed Wilma into a loving foster home. She is currently being treated for her skin allergies and already is zooming around the house, bowing to play with the other dogs, and showing her silly side. Wilma is a possibly a Welsh Terrier and is on the younger side. She still needs to be spayed which will happen soon after an upcoming veterinary check-up. If you are interested in adopting Wilma, please fill out a CAPE dog adoption application.
