​CAPE volunteers and executive director JP Novic traveled to Nevada in March of 2014 to pick up Billy, a burro who was found abandoned in the Nevada desert.  Friendly, funny and sweet, Billy has won the hearts of everyone who has met him.  Watch the video below to see Billy's journey from foster care to the CAPE Animal Sanctuary.
