Ingrid, President and Co-founder of PETA, has an engaging new book out called Animalkind, which she co-wrote with Gene Stone of Forks Over Knives. Animalkind details a wealth of world-rocking information about animals' intelligence, emotional complexity, intricate communication networks, and a myriad of other abilities that make them the unique individuals they are. You can purchase her phenomenal book and listen to her speak on February 29 at Congregation B'Nai Israel in Sacramento.
Doors open at 1PM and Ingrid takes the stage at 1:30. Ingrid will also be doing a book signing for AnimalKind at the end of this event.
